How do I choose the right size lamp for my room?
As a general rule, the bottom of the lampshade should be at eye level when you are seated. We recommend measuring your table height and ensuring the total height of the lamp and table combined is between 58 to 64 inches for optimal lighting.
What is your shipping policy for fragile lighting fixtures?
We take extra care in packaging our glass and ceramic fixtures. Standard shipping is free on orders over $49, and most items are processed within 24-48 hours with specialized protective padding to ensure safe arrival.
What is your return policy if the style doesn't fit my decor?
We offer a 30-day 'No-Hassle' return policy. If the fixture doesn't match your home's aesthetic, you can return it in its original packaging. Please note that installed or modified fixtures cannot be returned.
Are light bulbs included with my purchase?
To allow customers to choose their preferred color temperature (Warm vs. Cool), bulbs are generally not included unless specified on the product page. We recommend using energy-efficient LEDs for all our fixtures.
Do you offer professional installation services?
LampsUSA provides the high-quality hardware and instructions needed for setup, but we do not provide direct installation. We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired ceiling fans and chandeliers.
